Hello! I cancelled my service a few days ago, and I was told you would send me instructions on how and where to send my devices back to you. No one will send me an email! I have called * times now and chatted online. I would LOVe to return everything but I don’t know where or what to send. When I spoke with the gentleman the day I cancelled, he said I had to do something special with the card that was in my big box. Could someone please help me with this?
