I was told I needed to buy a new Access card. It arrived and I spent over four hours with *-* reps to try and get it activated. The service was a nightmare. I am still without a signal and spent way too much time with untrained reps that have a canned message. I feel directv*att don't really care if I get it resolved. Too many people have the same frustration. They dont care because they have us tied to a contract
