Last year my old DVR died so DirecTV sent me a new Model ** DVR that DVR has not be activated due to found out that the SWM** multi-switch was malfunctioning so I changed it out while I was troubleshooting the problem and ended up turning off my International channels to try using all three DVR's on a SWM* multi-switch(did not fix problem so I stopped using the third DVR but have been paying for it). Story short my wife would like me to turn on the Pilipino channel again and start using the third DVR that has not been used in the last year plus get a refurbished client for our third bedroom TV.
GetHuman2151034 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
