Hello, my name is James Twiss. My phone number is ***-***-****. We had directv and I had called asking to get our services turned off because we were having a hard time financially and one of your reps told me they couldn't do it and we'd have to wait until our service was turned off. We wasn't behind at that point and our bill was approximately $*** per month. Then it was kept in for another Two months before it was turned off, causing our bill to be well over $***. If our service was turned off when we asked, it wouldn't have been over the $*** with late fees. I am asking if we can pay our last bill of approximately $*** to get our services back on and the. We can incorporate the next two months in to our monthly bill to get caught up. We wouldn't have been in the mess if our services would have been turned off when we asked.
