I recently sent in my last bill for service. I called and was going to pay by phone but the teller could not get either debit card to go thru (even thou there was money in the accounts). So I sent a paper check. *NOW you have cashed the check and debited my other account that I gave you and the person said did not go thru BUT it did. NOW you have take the $**.** TWICE from me. *How are your going to reimburse me? *Old acct * ***-***-****
GetHuman-roseshu did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
