I am trying to enjoy cable without having to worry about my bill increasing without notice while I am deployed fight for your freedoms. I do not get paid a lot and to have a company constantly trying to nickel and dime the working class out of what little money they have is just not right. ... My bill has increased by over $** out of nowhere and I have been on hold ** minutes trying to get this issue resolved. I am currently deployed and do not need these problems. Sling TV would gladly take my business and save me all of these unnecessary headaches.
Cable is a dying service and if this company does not treat their paying customers better they will not have a company any longer. Streaming services and sling TV seem to be the best option in this day and age.
They can make this right by not keeping me on hold for over an hour and quit raising my bill every chance they get. I want a reasonable bill for the service I receive. I also do not want to have to worry about if my bill will change every month that will throw off my budget.
I am a good customer because I pay my bill on time automatically every month and do not complain about the terrible customer service until now.
