I am complaining on behalf of my neighbor, who I referred to getting internet (through Centyrylink) and Directv in a. bundle package. He has been waiting * months for the bundling to start, and they aren't able to record, rewind programs etc. When we set this up it was supposed get a DVR, so it would include all the above, and now your techs are telling them that's what they paid for. They are paying more for less, then I get. WHY?? So we called your customer service number and were told that could not get the DVR. They have been Directv customers since ****, they should have been upgraded automatically at no additional cost. Instead they are going to call DISH for service. Their phone number is (***) *** ****. Customer name Mahlon Mann, **** Sabal Lane Bowling Green, Fl *****. I would suggest you call them and save a ** year customer, from leaving for the DISH Network.
