I am very upset about what transpired last week. First of all, your internet tech came out to install our new internet. He was ahead of schedule & I am very happy with his service! However, we had an appointment scheduled to install our new cable between *-* pm. While I was at work, my boyfriend was home...ALL DAY! Your technician called my cell phone but did not leave a message. Then about an hour later, I received a message telling me that the tech came but no one was home, the house was vacant & I needed to reschedule! I called the toll free * and was told the same. I told the lady that someone was home all day, the tech never showed up. Why would I reschedule when the tech obviously went to the wrong house, plus my appt was for *-* pm & it was only * pm? She tried to call the tech twice with no answer. She said she was putting us back in for today between *-* pm. No one ever showed up!! After I got home from work, I reviewed our security cameras to see that the tech*drove past my house, pulled in the vacant house * doors down's driveway, backed up & drove right past my house again! My address is clearly marked on my mail box & painted on the curb. Not to mention you all installed the internet at the same address this morning! Now I HAVE to reschedule & I'm not paying for your internet service until the cable is connected. Also, I have responded to two *Text messages & an email with no response besides phone calls telling me to reschedule. Please reschedule my installation for Saturday when I am home!
