I spoke with an agent today to explore switching from Mediacom cable for TV and internet to Direct TV. I contacted Direct TV because of a return to Direct TV special offer that came in the mail. The agent set up the order and said that I would get it by e-mail so I could review the details and contractual agreements. I have not gotten this. I did get a text with a link but I am not able to get to a contract or acct.
GetHuman1773786 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
