I have been a loyal customer for ** years. I have an AT&T cell phone also which I bundled with my Directv in order to receive a discount. This month my Directv bill jumped to a $** per month increase. This does not help me since I live on a fixed income. When I call customer service it goes to the Phillipines they are deplorable and will not transfer me back to the USA. I asked for the loyalty department and*or a billing supervisor and they keep sending me back to the que and the process of name, account number and nature of the call begins again. I wasted ** minutes and did not speak anyone who can help. They just give you the runaround. What is the phone number for customer service representatives in the USA? Someone IN THE USA! Your customer service is a disgrace! If I can't get this resolved within * days, I will terminate Directv service. Thanks
