I have cricket wireless thru the albertville Alabama location and when I got it i did not sign up for direct tv now. It’s four months later now and directs now charged my bank account **. Like I said I do not have direct tv and I did not sign up for It. I have called every number I can find and every number that I was directed to. Everyone says I need to go to someone else and then the other number can’t help me. They said to log into my account online. Now you tell me how I’m suppose to log into lunch count and cancel something that I never signed up for. I do not know the account number and I do not know the password fore as I have explained I did not set up the account. Please help me I’m getting very irritated at this point. Thank you.
