Okay I have DirecTV now two days ago I can only do it on my telephone and I'm still being charged for it so they change my password change the user ID unfortunately I tried both of them and they both don't work I want give him one of those streaming boxes so you guys are issuing but I don't know how to do it check TV for * or * years or longer but I wasn't really good him respect so I I changed it like TV now I thought DirecTV now will be good for me cuz it was so cheap so now I can't get in the phone can't watch nothing I do have a Roku stick so I called the company and the company said they can turn it back on for $** for * years and your company said that's not true they're not supposed to have your app and talk about it to a customer I'm trying to talk to DirecTV I'm just leaving a message I don't have DirecTV I have DirecTV now and I can't get ahold of nobody I don't have a phone number to get ahold of somebody all I know I have no TV now and I have no TV on the phone I go in there and and there's two different passwords there's a user ID and password do not work so what do I do for now so I need to get the Roku stick back on I was told it would be free I don't have to I got it for free when I got it when I signed up through ATT
