Ordered whole home DVR & HD service on approx. ******** w*installation appt for Thursday, ********. Rec'd e-mail that AM that tech would arrive between *:** & *:**AM. About **AM checked website which showed tech was on premises which he was not. Tech arrived about ****. Installed new hardware and antenna.*Completed installation less than professional in appearance and system is not working properly. That same afternoon I called Tech Support and requested a *nd service call to finish*correct the installation. Was told it would be Tuesday of following week before another tech could come. Then talked w*supervisor (Lee Ann, Badge *LW***F) who requested I be contacted by the local installation the next morning (Friday, ********). I have yet to hear from anyone. This is the basic situation. There were a few more phone calls back and forth during all this and at one point, one of your reps said she could not speak w*me until my name was added to our account. Only my husband's name is on the acct yet this was not a problem when I called and upgraded our service.*I want to resolve this issue by having the installation corrected and the system properly working . Charges have already been applied to our account for the January due date. Equally efficient service from Tech Support would e appreciated.
