We have just gone out of contract with Direct TV. We signed up two years ago through AT&T. We were told that when our contract ended, Direct TV would re negotiate our contact to keep the bill from going up. Our bill has gone from $**.** to &***.**!! I spoke with a representative today & he said the most that could be taken off our bill was $**.**. This is not acceptable. We had Dish before changing to Direct. I like Direct better, but if we can get a better deal through Dish, that is the route we are going to take. I hope something can be resolved.
GetHuman-donjanjo did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
