I was to have a medical procedure ********* to be*available i cancel the appointment that i could have*resolved as promise by your tech dept.new equipment*was to be installed ********** between **pm and ***:** PM i called direct to verified the appointmen*i was put on hold several time waiting ** to ** minutes*and hung up on three attempts,i try contacting again*stating my issue I gave the date of ********** tech*states no your appointment is ***** after dispute *the tech disconnected.i immediately called back *:***the lady verified the appointment was to be ***** as given to me while i was with this party she told me as*we was still talking the appointment was changed to****** between ** and * PM.I never was notified about the change and my attempts beginning *:PM*with the other persons i service appointment was rude.customer service image was distinct as they,*do not qualify for the position.Further it is thr *responsibilty ot the tech who had this order to make a call stating change ,however,this was not done*until *:**PM.After * weeks of problems with Direct*this is most digusting*The tech that came out to corect my problems made them worst.I do not want to have to tolerate this any longer.Send me a tech to service my TV. and forget.*the new installation. I deserve the discount given thereby,you will see your quality of service is terrible.as a retired employee of Direct i will see that this is known.
