I have been a directv customer since ****. I scheduled an upgrade appointment for my equipment. The technician never came. I scheduled a second appointment. The technician never came. I scheduled a third appointment. The technician never came. I called DirecTV each time and got no help. The agents I spoke with were pleasant but could not help in any way. I requested a supervisor in the state of Massachusetts but was connected three times to an agent in another country who could not help. I am now ready to switch to Comcast*Xfinity. My DirecTV acc * is ********. My name is Stephen Bernstein. I live in the Boston area. I can no longer deal with a company that has inadequate customer service. Three times no technician came and nobody called or texted. I have lost three days of work.
