my installer is here and he has informed me that my original order was not entered correctly and that the wireless genis (*) were not included on the order and that I will be billed an extra $** for this service change. This is unacceptable. I spent a long time on the phone and discussed this order in detail with the sales rep. It is not my fault that she entered it incorrectly and I should not have to pay that fee. I reviewed my order prior to install and it said * genis so I assumed it was correct. *I formally request that you waive this $** fee...thank you
