I asked for the sports package to be dropped from my bill two months ago. The sports package was immediately turned off. last month it was still on my bill. I called your so-called 'customer service' department and it was supposedly removed. I received my new bill today, and the sports package is STILL on the new billing cycle - even though it shows it removed from last month's bill. I tried to talk to your customer service today and I got a woman who was in such a noisy room I could not hear her - plus, her accent was so strong that it compounded the listening problem. When we were with just Direct TV and not combined with AT&T, the customer service was personable and actually enjoyable to talk to - AND - imagine this: They actually corrected things!!! Your website *****. It keeps taking me to products to purchase and not to billing services. Your people don't speak clear English, and wherever they are sounds like a bar in a foreign country. I haven't had the sports package in two billings so I am just going to correct my own bill until you guys get the message. Frankly, I'm ready to change companies. Direct TV was NEVER this difficult and rude.
