I canceled my account on ********. I was told to take card out of receiver and a self-addressed envelope would be sent to me to return card. I also returned receivers and all related equipment by UPS as directed. Today I called and was told to take card to UPS and they would send it. I went and was told that they only send receivers, not cards. Tell me how to send card. I don't mind wasting a stamp. It seems to me that your service people don't do anything except read a script. I just want to make sure I'm done with this.
