Yesterday, a tech came out to upgrade the older receiver. The one he brought wasn't going to work. While he was here, he hit the reset button on the old receiver and it hasn't worked since. It was working before he did that. I have been resetting the receiver several times and no change. It just freezes at the point when "receiving satellite info". I ran the system test and it says the dish needs alignment. * other receivers on this dish are fine and the tech said it was ***%. (diag code **-**-***) I called the *** number and talked to a DTV tech. They reset the card but no change. At that time I was not by the tv since I don't have reliable cell reception here. Can you help fix this via email or text? If text my number is *** *** **** *The receiver ID is **** **** ***** *The account is under phone number *** *** *****Any help is appreciated
