After being on the phone *xs today once for almost an hour, they disconnected my call. They are charging unreal prices for horrible service. When I got installed, the tech put a good ** inch scratch on my expedition with his ladder walking by it. Then he threw all the little boxes and plastic wrappings off the roof into my yard and left without cleaning up. I cleaned his mess. Should've known right there that this was going to be bad. Today they shut off my service for the bill. The bill doesn't stay the same ever and no explanation except some one that doesn't speak English well at all and only says past due amount. **% of the time my screen freezes or it says it has to acquire signal and restart. The recordings mix up with each other and you end up watching * shows on * recording because they cross over each other. There are no notes showing that I called to cancel the channels so I would not have a high bill. No notes showing I requested a tech to fix things. No notes showing anything until today! I'm ready to walk away and go somewhere else. I want a tech out to my home that will respect my property. I want my bill adjusted for the horrendous issues and the rep they sent. Can anyone help without being on the phone for hours again?
