The issue in GetHuman-twtfarm's own words
I called DirecTV last September **** and again in February **** about their suggested moving plan for my * DirecTV DVR's at my home I've sold in Norman, OK. One is a Genie HR**-***, HR**-*** and HR**-***. (Note: I pay for Service and Premium Pkg. * Units) The desired move with their help was to Meridian, OK. Where my home was under construction. It was recommended to suspend the * DVR's and box them because there wasn't a completed home with TV's in place. Which I did as advised. (Note: I have * DVR's the last is another HR** model in operation at my farm where my home construction is taking place.) Unexpectedly In June ATT*DirecTV shut off all of my DirecTV DVR service! I called and asked why? They said it's all on or all off having suspended equipment. So I chose to enable all of the DVR's even though the * DVR's initially mentioned were now stored in a moving box while waiting for home construction to complete. I was also told at that time that my previous DirecTV account needed to be changed to an ATT*DirecTV account so that was accomplished as well. *So, bringing this saga to a close I contacted ATT*DirecTV and explained that I desired to have them complete the DirecTV move and hookup of my* DVR’s and associated equipment. Last Saturday **th. I had a ATT*DirecTV tech come out to install the DVR's and he said my order was a complete mess and he couldn't resolve my show*equipment stopping issue he discovered! When he hooked up my HR**-*** and saw a DIRECTV error code: ***. He told me that my account showed only a single device and that was my HR** from my farm and that he now wasn’t allowed to enable any of my other DVR's. Supposedly he's not allowed due tasks outside his ticket order which he now said was only for the HR**.*He advised that I call support and explain my situation to activate my DVR's. I've done that now * times hoping to accomplish this simple task and in each case they become confused with this issue and hang up on me and don't call back.*I'd appreciate any advice you may have for folks in my situation.
GetHuman-twtfarm did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
