I called DTV last night and got a service tech that I counldnt understand. I had a *** error , she tried a few things but nothing worked I then heard my upstairs unit go off . ended up she was working on the wrong receiver ! now she couldn't get that unit back on . so now I have * receivers down.! aint she doin a wonderful job...not. She tells me that she can not reactivate either receiver and she would be mailing out new receivers in a week !! no tv for a week ! because she turned it off KNOWING she couldn't turn it back on ? unbelievable ! you might think Im making this up but its true. I talked to manager Ian with no resolution . I told her I wanted it fixed today, she told me she would contact me again at ** pm , she didn't. Anyone in their right mind knows that a week wait for service is terrible service. I need someone to resolve this today.
