My service is suspended for * days while my credit request is investigated. My bill is up to date other than the $*** in question. I never signed up for the NFL tickets. I however had to cancel it. I was then charged for * months of it. I called * times. The first time, one month ago. I spoke to * different people that day. At the end of the conversation I was told my account would be credited back the $***.**. *-* weeks ago I saw on the newest bill that the credit had not been applied. I once again called and ended up having to get off the phone because I was on hold so long that my lunch break ended and I was unable to finish the conversation. She did however tell me there was NO RECORD of anyone having talked to me the * or * weeks before. My service was interrupted this morning. I made sure to pay my bill, called direct TV. Was on hold for a very long time. Then I start talking to a woman, she put me on hold and she dropped the call!! I called back and spoke to someone else. After speaking to her and her putting me on hold she came back to the phone to let me know that since there was no record of me talking to anyone about cancelling the service or making the phone call the dtv a month or so ago they had to put a request in by email to see if I would be credited back the $***.**. In the meantime my account is suspended!! So, I have been a customer for almost * years. I am told that I am a liar about having called because dtv has no record of it. My account is CURRENT other than the credits that I am disputing that a month ago I was told I would be credited! This is how you treat your customers?? It is very rude and unprofessional! And when my contract is up December **, **** I will be taking my business with dtv and most likely att somewhere else for TV and cellphones. I've never been treated like such **** before!
