The issue in GetHuman-makenlie's own words
We just built a new house located on **** County RD **** Kaufman, TX. We have recieved horrible service the past two times the guy has come to install our boxes. For one we are still short * remotes. As well as he installed **** boxes. We cannot rewind or record. We are very upset with this service because we have spent so much money already we atleast just want to be able to enjoy our directtv service. He informed us we could switch boxes from our shop to house if we want the rewind*record service but we simply want to have it at both locations and we did not expect this. So to clarify how we are wanting this fixed is to say we need * more remotes ASAP and upgraded boxes so we can velcro them to our TVs. Thank you for your time.
