Directv upgraded my equipment and sent me * new receivers. I didn't install one of them until a month after I received it and the access card would not work. I have been promised at least * access cards since ******. Last night I was told they would send me one overnight via Fed Ex. When I spoke with * people tonight and Amy in "advanced" technical, she hung up the phone when I gave her the reference **-************R*. What can I do?
