They came over a week ago and put in the new genie * but it is not working, after several, days and * hours on the phone I was told a tech needed to come back out. Friday I was told they would call me back within two hours with a day he would come which I was told that every day I called with no response. I would like to stay with Direct but if I can't get any help I'll have to go with Dish. I have not had a TV to watch for ** days now but paying form it. Could I please get some help.
