I had a replacement Genie * Hr****** installed by your technician last week. On Demand and other features are missing on the new receiver. We had them on the old receiver.*My computer technician checked everything. The new receiver is connected to the Internet correctly. My computer technician said there was a DirecTV software problem in the new receiver and I should ask for another replacement. Can you send the DirecTV technician back out to see me?
