Hello.... I called into the Direct TV TF and spent over ** minutes with the agent still could not advise why my bill increased. I asked to be transferred to a USA agent since she was stalling. Then waited for her manager. It is very frustrating that on a simple service these call centers play can't answer easy questions. I've not been on the phone ** minutes and the rep finally can tell me the promo fell off. I've been with Direct TV over the last ** years and don't appreciate that they don't have a promo for me. This is very poor customer service.
