My name is Mark Heilala. I have been a Directv customer for *** years. When my wife (Alyssa Metcalfe) & I purchased a home together * years ago we called to consolidated to one account. At the time it was a better deal to use her account rather than mine. Now when I call to set up a service call (I pay monthly for that service too!) I can not, because, my name is not the account holder!!?? Now mind you I am not asking for payroll or medical statements here!! Just a service that I PAY for!!! Over $*** a month I'll have you know. Goodbye.......you are DEFINITELY not the only game in town, DISH TV just gained a new loyal customer. (and AT&T will never have me as a customer!)
GetHuman-diggndir did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
