Very very disappointed in my recent experience with your company. My account was tried to someone else account.. my payment went to someone account.. very bad customer service. I’m a month behind due to there terrible education on job duties. I have been scramed . I will never make any payment over the phone again nor give direct tv my service.. most of all the broken English employees are very rude and unprofessional
