We arrive from our Vermont home to our North Carolina home two weeks ago. We do not have service and exhausted numerous trouble shoot events. So on **-* we scheduled an appointment for the *th which is the quickest they said they could get out. When they did not show up between **-* I called them. They said I had cancelled the appointment which is false. They sent me both an email and a text and I was very careful to confirm it. So now they say I need to wait another week. This is simply not right. Over two weeks to resolve a technical issue. Having to go to the back of the line when it was you're mistake saying the first appointment was cancelled. What can you do to help me. We are out this afternoon today but here all day tomorrow. Thank You *Craig Bloxham ***-***-****
