Hello,**I received an email on August **, saying that on July **, a $** loyalty credit was added to my account, and it would be there for ** months. However, I am not seeing this credit on my statement. I checked the statement for *******, then waited to check again for *******, but it is not on either one. I have a Save $** For ** Months credit that was there previously, but that is currently on month * of **, so clearly that is not the same one. Can you please put this Loyalty Credit onto my account please, and credit me the $*** for the two months that should have already been there?**Thank you very much,*Kelly O'Keefe
