On *******, I lost my wallet in an Albersons (grocery store). I called my credit union to freeze my atm*debit card. The manager of the nearby Walgreens called and left a voice mail message that my wallet had been found, and turned it in (only $ gone). * The next day I claimed my wallet and went to a branch of my credit union for a new card. I called AT&T and Directv with the new acct number info. After ****** payment, I got an email that my payment had been rejected. All info re: my acct on file. I have been so frustrated re: all this !!! * I have called Directv so many times!!!*Always outsourced. Yesterday, I got a msg from AT&T about my acct. But, Caller ID showed Directv. The **** for me to call (*-***-***-****) has been disconnected. My options now?* Directv and At&t acct * is ********.* I love my Directv!!!!. So this is what I get for being a loyal customer ('**).**When calls for Directv*AT&T are outsourced : slight language barrier, selling AT&T phones, and upgrades of Directv packages.
