I am so angry and frustrated right now I want you to cancel my membership*service. I have been trying to get ahold of tech support all evening and I keep jumping through your hoops and get no response. I asked to have a rep call me and left my phone number at least * times and then I get asked what I think went wrong. The one time I was making a little bit of headway I ended up on a screen asking for money. I have no intention of paying for a service that I already pay for. I would like to have someone call me at ***-***-****. *KAREN HANSON
