After I moved I called and had a scheduled technician to start up my service again and put up a new antenna. It was on a Friday and I called on Thursday to double check the appointment and I was told I had a Friday appointment between ** and **. I took off work for this and Friday came in nobody showed up. I spent an hour and ** minutes calling in getting hung up on him poor customer service over the phone to find out what was going on and finally they said there was no Work order ticket for my installation. Why couldn’t someone have told me that earlier. I called a couple days after this to complain and the best they would give me was $** off my bill. I was so mad I hung up and have not called back sense because every time I call I get so frustrated. I took off a day of work and missed an entire day of pay and all I get is $** off my bill, I like that DIRECTV service as far as the TV And DVR but customer service on the phone is so horrible I want to cancel it every time I call. Can I get a call back please to discuss some kind of credit for me missing a day of work to get my antenna installed.
