Thank you for the MasTec Advanced Technologies's Technician for coming out to my home at *** College Road, Apt. *** on Sat. **.**.**** from *:**AM to **:**AM. The Tech's * is YL***W, Uri. He did a good job relocating the satellite at the end of the building to inside my fenced enclosed area. My issue:**What is a Protection Plan Agreement? Did I agree to the *purchase of the DIRECTV Protection Plan with the understanding that I may cancel the Protection Plan at no cost within ** days of Program activation? Full Program terms will be provided by DIRECTV within ten days. Where is the information to this agreement and Protection Program. Why do you think I need to purchase it? Who is responsible for the equipment and how much does it cost?
