I have been having a problem with my service from day one.I never received my billing information that I was told I was supposed to receive from the technician that came installed my service.I talked to someone and they told me that they apologize for that and told me my bill will be DUE on the ** now my service is off.I spoke with someone and she was very rude I was trying to explain my situation and all she was telling me to pay the past due amount. How can I have a past due amount if my bill was just due yesterday.
