I contacted DirecTV because the tv keeps freezing. This has been going on for a while. The representative who I spoke to informed me that it will be a fee for someone to come out to resolve the problem. I told him that I cannot afford the fee, besides my DirecTV bill is already too high. I asked that the fee is waived. His response....he hung up the phone. I was horrified and felt overwhelmingly disrespected. No, we were not "accidentally' disconnected. Besides, he had my call back number, which he asked when we first began conversing. *On Friday evening August **, ****, at approximately *:** pm., I received a call from Directv, asking how was my Directv service. I told this representative of the unfortunate above mentioned experience I encountered at the hands of a Directv representative. While talking to this representative, once again, he hung up the phone. No, we were not accidentally disconnected. If we were, he would have immediately called me back, using the call back number I gave him, which never happened. I am requesting that due to the unruly, unprofessional experience that I endured at the hands of * of your representatives, that a DirecTV technician come out to my home and fix the problem I have been experiencing....tv continuously freeze for short and long periods of time.
