I signed up for Direct TV on June *. I was given * months of Showtime and Cinemax. I called last evening to get those channels cancelled automatically on Sept * so that I wouldn’t be charged for them. The guy I talked to seemed to understand what I wanted but he cancelled them yesterday. I called tonight and the rep said that they can’t turn those back on without charging us for them. I’m pretty sure that this is not true. I would like to have those channels turned back on until at least the *th of September. I have the contract I signed and I believe that this breaks the contract. I am not happy with the hardware compared to our old Dish system and I am dissapointed with the functionality of it so far. I can’t stream on demand programs.
GetHuman-dcrowell did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
