I just received an email stating the following: "You have selected Playboy TV * Month Retention Offer at no extra cost for * months. After the promotional period, you will be billed each month the price then in effect (currently $**.***mo.) unless you cancel by calling us before the end of the promotional period or any later monthly billing period." WHAT IN THE **** IS THE MEANING OF THIS?! I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT ACCEPT ANY OFFERS! I HAVE THREE CHILDREN UNDER * YEARS OLD LIVING IN MY HOUSE YOU ******* DEGENERATES! One of your scumbag salesman called me the other day DISTURBING ME AT WORK to to sell me this ****. I advised him I was at work and that I didn't have time to talk. He continued to ramble about the "free gift" I was being given that would require me to continue paying after * months. I told him I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS FALSE "GIFT"! I DO NOT WANT ANY PART OF WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING. He basically said I didn't have a choice and said the "free" premium channels were in the ***s and hung up. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life! I am absolutely red in the face with fury. I DEMAND SATISFACTION! Someone had damned well better make this right or I will stop my service post haste and advise all my friends, family and acquaintances to do the same. I expect a non-robotic, non-pre-scripted response!

GetHuman-joevega did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
