Nightmare: they canceled my *:** appointment at *:** after I took off work to accommodate. Took * calls to reach a supervisor after the first *people I spoke with refused to connect me. They made another appointment at *:** am on *********. How do I know if they will show up or cancel? Is this business as usual?
