We subscribed to DTV Xtra and were offered the premium channels HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, CINEMAX- for no extra charge. We did not want it and I very carefully marked my calendar for the date I needed to cancel - June **, ****. I did so a day or * early I think and then marked it off the calendar when the notecame up. I also asked my husband to check with the local office because they had said they could help us make sure this got cancelled. He did so and we thought all was well. **When our bill came we noticed the extra charge. So my husband contacted the local office and we believed this was corrected. However the entire $***.** was taken by you by autopay. Again a call and Credit on this month’s bill was promised. **This month the bill arrived and it finally shows no extra charge for the premium channels. But it does not reflect the entire credit we should have received. So, instead of a credit of $**.**, we only received a credit of **.**. You owe us an additional $**.**. **You have withdrawn $**.** for this month’s payment. Please return that to our bank account and credit next month’s bill for the Remaining $*.**.**My July bill says “credits ended last month”. My calendar agrees with that. My husband beats that out. If you insist on refusing to correct this, you are calling us liars which we are not.**What we ARE is tired of dealing with you. We like the service but having you always try to get us for a few extra bucks is just NOT acceptable.**I know if we cancel our service in a few weeks you will offer us a big bonus to re-sign. I just want to have a comfortable relationship and reasonable service for a sensible price.**I know you can return what is rightfully ours. This is not out of your packet - it should never have been in your pocket in the first place.**Please straighten this out.
