Account: **********To All Concerned,**I can watch the Directv app and do other stuff with my account but it asks me to log back when trying to pay and acts as if it doesn't recognize the same password that got me connected to Directv before.* *I have been dealing with this issue for months. The amount I am charged keeps changing. I was given a $** a month (for a year- starting in last February)offer but that price has only been honored once.**I need this corrected. Trying to pay this bill for a week...I better not see any sort of late fee. Calling for help is frustrating. Long holds or just not open overnight (when is more convenient for me).**I want all the notes read about my previous calls, please. I hope for credit back for the many months since Febrary that I have paid well over the $** special price offered to keep me from cutting off service earlier this year.**I had someone show up on my door step selling your service to me. That young woman lied about some things when she signed my home up for Directv (including price changes and a contract).**I don't understand why the AT&T bill can't cover both Directv and save this hassle. **Please reply promptly,**Angela Flangan
