I called wanting to switch my services to you guys yesterday! i explained that i needed internet and tv bundle. The guy said that would be great and everything should be available. He said he had to set up TV first to get the internet discount. When he got to internet he informed me that it wasnt available in my area. I do not need TV without internet but he was unable to cancel. I need to cancel this service before it starts!!
