I moved to a new home from Loveland Colorado * Longmont Colorado. I called to head to have my service installed. On Friday my installer and for me that he was in town but could not come hook up my service as your activation was down so it would do him no good. He said he would call me later if the system came up. He did call back within two hours and said the system was still down I would have to reschedule. He also inform me when I asked him that you guys work * days a week. He had a schedule or call me she told me I had to wait until Monday. At that point I was angry as I am a paying customer I was already scheduled for Friday so in my mind you guys should get out here and hook me up the following day if the system is back up and working not make me wait until Monday. When I voice this to her she was rude and told me the whole nation was down at wasn't all about me it wasn't just me. That's not the point in my opinion the point is if you are going to give good customer service as soon as your system is activated you get out and take care of your customers I myself am a business owner and would never treat my customers this way and put them off until Monday when they expected an ordered service for Friday. Especially since I was told that they work * days a week. That makes your customer feel like they're not your customer and a priority and what is paying everyone's paycheck that makes your customer feel as if you are an inconvenience and you get your service when they **** well feel like giving it to you. The woman on the phone with short and rude told me the scheduling manager for this route would call me but probably not till Saturday morning she was going to put a message through to him I still have not received any call and I'm still sitting here with no service. I also told her that was a crappy way to treat customers and maybe I'll get out of my contract and go somewhere else and she told me that was fine does not care if she keeps a customer or not. Once again I have been a business owner must have most of my life and specialize in customer service and this experience has been beyond frustrating and awful. If I am not going to be taken care of I want out of my contract if I'm still under one so I can find service elsewhere with a company who cares about giving their customers the service they're requesting and pay for.
