I was trying to get TV and internet installed on June **th. ... I ordered direct tv and internet on June **th and I still haven’t received my services as promised. A guy came out to install on June **th but he ran into an issue. Said he would have to put in a service order. The issue was explained to me as a cut wire and that it would be resolved quickly. The communication with AT&T has been the worse I have ever dealt with. I have never been notified of any updates on the situation. I have called almost everyday for a month and have been put on hold for several hours each day and have been transferred to every department AT&T has. No one seems to know what’s going on, I have been told many different things. The issue I have is why did you let me order tv and internet if they knew there was an issue? The issue is with the fibers. Why can’t I have at least my DirectTV installed? Why can’t they set me up with the lower speed internet until the fiber issue is resolved. All my neighbors have service. I have been without tv and internet for over a month now. I was promised a service and trusted AT&T to deliver that service. If I knew they wouldn’t i would of never cancelled my service with xfinity..something I regret doing now. I should of at least been offered AT&T hotspot on my phone. Or I should of been given lower speed internet until the fiber issue was resolved and I should of already had my TVs connected. I do a lot of work from home but I haven’t been able to for the last ** days thanks to AT&T. Luckily I have unlimited data on my phone or this issue would be a lot worse then it is now. I feel like i should be compensated in someway. This has been the worse experience with a company that I have ever had. I have been very patient but now that it has been a month I finally had to speak up. I would appreciate if I can get a call from a manager or someone higher up.
I have been without tv and internet for over a month and I am currently losing money because I do a lot of work from home.
The issue is with the Internet fibers. I want to have someone come out to install tv and a lower speed internet that is available until the issue is resolved. At the very least I want to be compensated with AT&T hotspot so I can work at home.
I have been with AT&T for *** years.
I have talked to every single department. I have spoken to several supervisors. No one seems to know what’s going on and no one seems to be able to help me. Instead I get put on hold and transferred to another department where I have to go through the same things over and over again.
