We have Direct TV. Yesterday, we could not access tv - the screen simply displayed "No signal." I chatted with a Direct TV tech online last night who suggested I use the buttons on the box rather than the remote. I did and we were able to watch PBS News Hour. But now we cannot change channels with our remote. We can power on and off and control volume with the remote, but that's all. I spent over an hour this morning chatting another tech but problem was not solved.
GetHuman919849 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
