The programming format along with DVR formatting is anything but user friendly. *We are in our **'s and have used direct TV for over thirty years. My complaint concerning the formatting changes....to hard to see ( the guide page is smaller and simply too busy). We miss programs that should be recorded and are not. There had been numerous complaints but this issue that I have addressed....Most importantly, I hope the customer loyalty of my household will not go unrewarded or ignored.*I trust that DirecTV will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
