I have a Bose *-*-* GS series **. A new Direct receiver and remote was installed yesterday. The remote is paired with the TV and Direct TV receiver and those working well. I have not been able to get the remote to control the Bose. I went to settings,Remote, Program remote, Bose. I then paged through all ** choices. Two of them powered the Bose down from this setting. I highlighted "It Worked". When I returned to the TV the remote would not access the Bose volume control or power it on or off.
GetHuman906406 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
